Can the general public see my photos?
We respect your privacy. Your photos are protected and your personal information will never be sold or released to anyone other than your school.
Can I order after the deadline has passed?
Yes you can. Ordering after the deadline date may require additional processing time and a small archival fee will be charged, but you can still order after the deadline.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Within 24 hours of order placement you will receive your confirmation via email at the email address provided by you when you placed your order. If you did not receive your receipt, please contact Customer Service at 800 284 7235 or support@bestgradphoto.com.
WHAT CAN AND CAN’T BE RETOUCHED?
We offer face shine removal, stray hair removal, blemish/pimple removal, teeth and eye whitening, facial wrinkle softening, background enhancement, and clothing wrinkle removal.
Unfortunately, modern technology does not yet grant us the ability to convincingly change your outfit or the people in your photograph.
The proofs I received are not images of me. What should I do?

Ordering & Products
Can I select different photos when ordering packages?
Digital proofs are emailed to all graduates (when we have a working email address to send them to) within two weeks of your session.
Can I buy a single print or do I have to buy a package?
We have a variety of single item options which include single prints, single image downloads, and other photo products.
What are folders?
Folders are black paper frames with gold foil trim for your prints which are perfect for gifting to family and friends.
How will the photo be cropped in the final print(s)?
You may use the cropping tool to crop the photo as you wish. Cropping size varies depending on the size of the print and by default the photo is cropped from the bottom of the frame if the cropping tool is not selected.
What is a titled print?
A titled print includes printing on the bottom and middle of the photo. You will be prompted to type in the text desired when ordering. An example of text in a “Titled Print” is: your full name, school name, and commencement date. The title also includes the crest or logo of the school.
Shipping & Returns
When will I receive my order?
Digital Downloads will be received within 24 hours of placing your order with the order receipt. Prints are shipped within 48 hours and will arrive in approximately 7-10 days from ordering. Other photo products are shipped within 5 days and will arrive approximately 2 weeks from ordering.
My print order has not arrived. What should I do?
Please contact customer service at 800 284 7235 or support@bestgradphoto.com so we may help track your package.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
We want to make sure you are happy with your order and aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your order please contact Customer Service within 30 days of your order at 877 688 7427 or support@bestgradphoto.com. We can offer several resolutions to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.
